We are looking for an experienced individual passionate about business development, ready to get in the game and to support the growth of the new Pelliconi’s venture called P-ink.
With more than 400 customers in 30 countries, P-Ink is the new ecommerce for personalized packaging in the beverage craft industry and represents the boutique part of the Pelliconi group.
The role is part of the P-ink team, in close collaboration with the Corporate Innovation Team; he/she will be responsible for the business development of P-ink in the US, and he/she will work with the P-Ink team to ensure the same tone of voice, quality and service.

Your Responsibilities


As a Business Developer, you will:

  • Define and lay down the US business strategy, in close collaboration with the Business Manager and the ecommerce Manager of P-ink;
  • Directly report to the Innovation & RD Corporate Manager and Business Manager of P-ink;
  • Looking for prospects and business opportunities in line with the targeted customer;
  • Understand the US craft beverage market to spread the voice on P-ink;
  • Managing the prospects/customers you will build among the journey;
  • Collect and structure all the prospect/customer’s information through our CRM.

Our Requirements


The resource we are looking for will meet the following requirements:

  • Master degree in Business & Management, Economics;
  • 3/5 years experiences in business development and sales in foreign countries (overseas is preferred);
  • Fluent english is a must, another language is a plus, your day by day activity will be at 99% in English;
  • Availability to travel frequently;
  • Advance use of PowerPoint and Excel, to develop analysis and present insights to top management;
